Activision and developer Treyarch confirmed plans today for Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 2. Set for release in June, it will feature three multiplayer maps and one new Zombie map, and appear on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
“Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 2 underscores Treyarch’s commitment to delivering ongoing support, and new multiplayer and co-op Zombie gameplay experiences for our players,” said Treyarch Studio Head, Mark Lamia. “Our community has been outstanding and has driven support for Map Pack 1, as well as demand for additional downloadable content like Map Pack 2.”
Online, players will compete in “Banzai,” and fight for control of a tall, river bridge, deep within enemy territory; face down foes in a shattered Russian train yard in “Corrosion”; and struggle to control a bombed-out submarine base in the close-quarter map, “Sub Pens.” In “Shi No Numa” (Zombie Swamp), Imperial Zombies rise from misty swamps in an all new co-op experience, with a level that features a mix of traps, flaming Hell Hounds, Perk machines and the deadly, new Wunderwaffe DG-2, as well as 10 new Xbox 360 Achievements/PS3 Trophies that can be earned along the way.

Is there a map pack on wii, if there is how do you get do you have to go to wii shop, also if not please can you make new stadiums to play at because the other ones are boring.also zombies if possible.
they arent going in abc order because the new zombie map is based on the knee deep map.By the way,will the new zombie map hav japanese zombies hence the article above saying ‘imperial zombies’?

My friend internet surf’s 24/7 looking for imformation on cod 5. Ever since he got it he plays zombies more than anything he is rank 12 aswell.Anyways he told me that the new zombie map is called shi no numa(zombie swamp) where each 10 levels you get a harder zombie( basically a boss)

i think a wonderwaffe dg-2 should be like an extended ray gun with longer barrel,ammo,stock for low recoil and you can shoot at close range without killing yourself and i think a type 100 in there too and last of all there must be sathel charges for the traps plz reply(if anyone comes on this website)

To let you know that the map pack 2 will be out on June 16 and the zombie map is on castle and at the end of each round a flaming hell dog will be like the boss and you will have to defeat him he will get harder every time aswell. The wonderwaff DG-2 is a semi automatic ray gun basically and will kill anything It hits there will also be achievmwnts for what round you get up to thanks and have fun gaming mark lamia

yea people are right about the wunderwaffe. its the same as the stg44:( that is all you can think up. pft. make a better gun for the ppsh. that would be wicked sick if you figure something out. but the gun still looks sick. good job guys. just be a little more creative next time

I am a big fan of COD WaW Zombies. I bought my boyfriend a xbox 360 elite for christmas. Him and his friends have me hooked on zombies. we sometimes sit and play all day and all night. i know thats crazy. sometimes i even dream about killing zombies. lol. i think i need a help line. zombies kick ass. I wish the flaming hell hounds were on your side….. you would get them out of the box on random rolls…. that would be cool. but then they would have to turn on you after killing so many zombies.
There should also be upgradable barriers, like, go from wood, to brick, to cement, to like electricity.
